How do we live better? By improving our mental, physical and nutritional health and wellbeing. In order to do this we need to serve ourselves first, focusing on getting our mental state right using things like self gratitude, gratitude overflow, grounding and meditation. Then getting our physical and nutritional state right by eating and drinking for our gut-brain connection and increasing our natural vibrations. I know, it sounds a bit "woo woo" but stay with me here. Once we start to Live Better we automatically start to:

When we Feel Better within ourselves and our environment, we start making better decisions and choices and we also automatically start to:
Be Better!
Being better means being better to yourself, those close to you, your fellow man and most importantly the planet by way of making better choices, having more compassion, kindness and time for others.
